Demonstrated Firm commitment to team members

At DMC we believe our people are the strength of the firm. We focus on you and understand that your personal and professional development begins with building strong relationships and through creating a place where people want to work. Our unique people practices and culture starts with the little things that make a difference; Easter Hunts, treats on paydays, team retreats, adventure days and much, much more.

We have a well developed training program that encompasses mock files for Notice to Reader and Review Engagement Financial Statements. You will work with our training manager as you learn our processes and paperless system before working on client assignments.

We understand that you have a choice in today’s marketplace. A mid-size firm provides an ideal environment for students to develop into CA’s. Diversity in your role will provide opportunities for you to grow in tax, accounting, audit, analytical processes and value added services. You will have client contact, will be accountable to manage your own work assignments with the guidance of a Manager and will senior projects once your competency has been demonstrated. We also encourage stewardship through community involvement and welcome you to research and present leading edge concepts internally to other team members.

As a mid-size firm there are endless opportunities for career growth and professional development. We invite you to join our firm and experience what DMC has to offer.
